WHO WE ARE
Rulu Arts Promoters (RAP) is a non
Governmental and nonprofit organisation with its head office in Dar es salaam.
It was found and registered in 1991 under cap number 212 of the laws of Tanzania there given Registration Certificate No. 18990. RAP was also registered with the
National Arts Council and given authority to deal with arts activities in respect to
Parliamentary act No. 23 of 1984. Its
registration number is
BASATA/91/314. |

OUR MISSION:
To assume responsibility for the promotion of
Democracy in Tanzania, sustainable human rights culture: good governance, HIV/AIDS, Health care, culture/Arts and poverty
Alleviation. RAP strive to empower the local
Communities in Tanzania with up to date living skills for the betterment of their life and sustainable development.
